Chef Paul has over 30 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry.
His experience crosses over 3 decades into every sector of the hospitality food service industry. This includes managing and executing large corporate events, nonprofit public catered events as well as weddings, private dinners, film, TV, and professional consulting for local culinary based businesses.
For the past 7 years he has had an opportunity to share his passion for health and wellness as a chef instructor with the local Community in Partnership with the USC Keck school of medicine and their pre-med students, alongside the Los Angeles Wellness center which features a state of the art fully equipped kitchen and classroom.
He is also on staff as a chef instructor at THE HOSPITALITY TRAINING ACADEMY, a nonprofit organization that offers a collegiate level culinary education to local cooks and non-experienced individuals that desire to break into the field. It is the only program in the nation that offers a certificate endorsed by the Department of agriculture.
Chef Paul also hosts cultural awareness classes at the ASI kitchen on the University of Long Beach Campus. He haas provided his consulting services to the Hispanic mega grocery chain Northgate Gonzalez markets, creating a line of healthy alternatives of traditional Hispanic recipes.
His work has been dedicated to culinary based health and wellness as he puts a high value on fresh, quality ingredients every single time. He hopes to continue his passion of bringing joy to the table with each meal, and teaching others to do the same.
